Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

- Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water in a bowl.

- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
