Ingredients
For the Base:
2 cups crushed pretzels 
1/2 cup melted butter 
1/4 cup granulated sugar 
For the Apple Filling:
4 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced 
1/4 cup granulated sugar 
1/4 cup brown sugar 
1 tsp ground cinnamon 
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg 
1 tbsp lemon juice 
For the Crumble Topping:
1 cup all-purpose flour 
1/2 cup rolled oats 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed 
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 

Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Combine well.
Press the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish to form an even layer.
2. Make the Apple Filling:
Toss diced apples with sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and lemon juice.
Spread the apple mixture evenly over the pretzel crust. 
3. Prepare the Crumble Topping:
In a medium bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
Add cold butter cubes, using a pastry cutter or your fingers to combine until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping over the apple layer. 
4. Bake and Serve:
Bake for 35–40 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Allow to cool completely in the pan before slicing into bars. 
Serving Suggestion
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
