- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion.
- Add the mushrooms and cook until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mixed vegetables.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
