Air Fryer Salmon Bites are quick and easy to make, perfect for a healthy meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions
- Add the salmon cubes to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the bowl and toss again until the salmon is well coated.
- Line the air fryer basket with a liner to prevent sauce from dripping through. Add the salmon and any remaining sauce to the basket, spacing pieces apart.
- Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
- Serve immediately, drizzling the remaining garlic lemon butter over the salmon.
Notes
- For a dairy-free option, substitute butter with ghee or olive oil.
- These salmon bites are great served with rice, vegetables, or on top of a salad.
