Description

Air Fryer Salmon Bites are quick and easy to make, perfect for a healthy meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions

  1. Add the salmon cubes to a mixing bowl and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  2. Add the melted butter, lemon juice, and minced garlic to the bowl and toss again until the salmon is well coated.
  3. Line the air fryer basket with a liner to prevent sauce from dripping through. Add the salmon and any remaining sauce to the basket, spacing pieces apart.
  4. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5–7 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and lightly golden. Avoid overcrowding; cook in batches if needed.
  5. Serve immediately, drizzling the remaining garlic lemon butter over the salmon.
