- Pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup beef pepperoni slices
- Marinara sauce (for dipping)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Let the pizza dough rest at room temperature for 20 minutes, then roll it out evenly.
- Cut the dough into 3×3 inch squares.
- Place mozzarella cheese, beef pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling, seal tightly, and crimp the edges.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the rolls in a single layer.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve with marinara sauce for dipping.

- You can add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat in the air fryer.
