Description
Golden-brown cubes of air-fried Agedashi Tofu topped with grated daikon, green onions, and bonito flakes, served in a savory tsuyu broth.

			- 1 block firm tofu (14 oz)
 - 1/4 cup cornstarch
 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup dashi stock
 - 1 tablespoon mirin
 - 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
 - 1 tablespoon bonito flakes (optional)
 - Cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
 - Coat the tofu cubes with cornstarch evenly.
 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the tofu cubes in a single layer.
 - Air fry the tofu for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
 - In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, dashi stock, and mirin. Heat until warm.
 - Serve the crispy tofu in a bowl, drizzled with the warm sauce, and garnish with green onions and bonito flakes if desired.
 
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the tofu in soy sauce for 30 minutes before coating with cornstarch.
 - Adjust the dashi stock according to your taste preference.
 - Serve immediately for the best texture.
