Ingredients

  • 1 box of Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, Jiffy mix, sour cream, and melted butter.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
