- 4 ripe peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Peel and slice the peaches.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat until sugar dissolves.
- Add peaches and lemon juice to the saucepan. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop and serve the sorbet.
Notes
- Use ripe peaches for best flavor.
- Adjust sugar based on sweetness preference.
