- 3 ripe bananas
- 120 g (½ cup) creamy peanut butter
- 50 g (½ cup) cocoa powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 15 × 15 cm (7 × 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas until completely smooth.
- Add the peanut butter and mix well until fully combined and creamy.
- Sift in the cocoa powder and stir until you get a smooth, uniform batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 22–30 minutes (about 27 minutes works well), until set.
- Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
Notes
- For a fudgier texture, slightly underbake.
- Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
