Delicious and easy 3 ingredient brownies made with ripe bananas.


Ingredients

  • 120 g (½ cup) creamy peanut butter
  • 50 g (½ cup) cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a 15 × 15 cm (7 × 7 inch) brownie pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas until completely smooth.
  3. Add the peanut butter and mix well until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Sift in the cocoa powder and stir until you get a smooth, uniform batter.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 22–30 minutes (about 27 minutes works well), until set.
  7. Let the brownies cool completely at room temperature before slicing.

Notes

  • For a fudgier texture, slightly underbake.
  • Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
  • Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
